Answer: There is nothing accurate about field sobriety tests. Those are extremely subjective. I have never once seen anyone pass those. And from the second you’re pulled over and the moment that that the officer has any inclination you’ve had any alcohol in your system, those field sobriety tests are set up to make you fail. I have never once seen anyone pass those.
