Fighting a Savannah Charge for Active Duty Military

Question: What are some ways to fight the charge if I am active duty military?

Answer:  The best way to fight something if you’re active military is to get to your commanding officer, but more specifically, let me get to them, because I can oftentimes talk them off and make them realize that the charges are unfounded, that we expect them to go away, that we expect them to be resolved within a certain time frame, and, therefore, they really don’t need to act—they need to be patient and cut you some slack until it’s over.
