Answer: You do not have to be present at your administrative license hearing and, in fact, they are usually held twice monthly. It usually concerns every DUI that is in the area, so sometimes the list can be 100 to 200 people long and can take most of the afternoon. So, that’s something that I usually handle for my clients and try not to waste my clients’ time.
