“Spice” is a relatively new drug. What it is is a synthetic marijuana mixture that can actually be marijuana mixed with a variety of different things. It’s become a very serious drug because not a lot of police officers or judges understand it. It sounds a lot more, a lot worse then it is, a lot stronger then it is, and for that reason the courts look on it a lot harsher, so it can definitely be defended against, but you need someone who is able to lay out exactly how “spice” is different from other, hard drugs.
